Rhayader Surgery was purpose built and opened in 1984 with an extension added in 2001.
There is suitable disabled access to the building, and disabled parking space is provided also.
Currently we have one permanent GP partner – Dr Thompson, and locum GP support when it is available.
Dr Thompson is Senior Partner and we currently have Dr Natalie Hartley working 2-3 days a week as a Salaried Doctor. Locum GP support is provided during times of annual leave.
Rhayader & District Community Support – Transport Scheme – this scheme provides a voluntary community car transport service primarily for health related appointments. Ph 01597 810921
